Gift card Redemption

An unforgettable photoshoot experience with your loved ones awaits you. 

Photoshoot redemption procedure:

  1. Log on to www.thelovestudios.co/studiosets to view all available photoshoot packages.

  2. After deciding on your package, click “Book Now”.

  3. You will be directed to an E-calendar on all available dates and slots.

  4. Select your desired slot and enter your Voucher Code as stated in the gift voucher.

  5. In the event the cost of package exceeds the credit amount gifted by the sender, you (the recipient) will have to pay the balance of the photoshoot slot in full to confirm the booking.

  6. You will receive a confirmation email immediately as an acknowledgement of a successful booking.


In the event of:

  1. Rescheduling, you (the recipient) can reschedule via Acuity Scheduling with the confirmation email when you click “Change Appointment”. Rescheduling within 72 hours prior to your photoshoot is not allowed. 

  2. No show, your booking and gift voucher will be forfeited.



Kindly note that the gift voucher is exclusive and is non-transferable. You (the recipient) are to take full responsibility in claiming your gift voucher prior to the expiry date as stated in the gift voucher. Extension of deadline is strictly not allowed.
